When my husband and I decided to relocate to Bali, we were interested in some properties that Kibarer Property had listed and met Dewi Wahyuni for the first time. Dewi was extremely helpful in arranging viewings and would always be on time to collect us from our hotel, as well as keep in regular contact with us. The agency are great, they found the villa we want on our first visit. The process was a little longer than expected as their previous notary was ill and she need to do some operation and treatment on our buying process however I heard that they changed the notary now.

We came twice to Bali for house hunting in a period of 6 months and the second time we came they found us the house that we are looking for. They were helping us a lot during our house hunting and maintaining communication when we didn’t find anything we like on our first trip.

Dani is a very well knowledgable agent. He knows exactly what we're looking for and were able to give us insight on the properties that were inspected. We had already worked with several property agents in Bali but none of them seemed to really understand what exactly we were looking for. We spent probably a total of 15 whole days, looking at villas but most of them were in pitiful shape. Our luck seemed to change once we met Dani. A young, hard-working guy that knows his job. After discussing our ideal villa he did not waste any time and put together a list of about 20 homes that he had arranged for inspections. All of a sudden, house hunting became more fun. Dani knows his way around Bali, he knows many of the sellers personally, he is familiar with the surroundings and the local rules and laws. His time management was excellent. We never had to wait for someone to open the door and even when there were guests at some of these properties, he somehow managed to get us in to have a first look so that we could immediately decide whether or not we wanted to come back when the villa was empty. Sure enough, it took only a few days until he showed us our dream home and we closed the deal within days. We congratulate the entire Kibarer team for their professional assistance!

After trying so many famous real estates in Bali we were on the verge of giving up and we ran into Kibarer Property by chance and we are so glad that we did. As previously in the past we were unable to find the perfect traditional style villa which meets our requirements within our budget as mostly either it was out of our budget range or wasn’t up to our standards. So after contacting Devi it didn’t take long since she understood our requirements properly and showed us what we were actually looking for and in less than 2 months we were a proud owner of this little heaven in Bali. Very helpful throughout with the legal formalities and the processes. Highly recommended.

What can I say? Am I wooed ? Yes. Why? Because it seemed nearly impossible to find what I was looking for in my budget, I wanted a traditional style villa with a small manicured lawn, a bale and a swimming pool with open concept. And as I mentioned before it seemed nearly impossible to find it in the Bukit area. When we contacted Kibarer Property we didn’t have high hopes as we met them after contacting some real big shots in Bali but we were impressed when they showed us this villa, it was a little out of our budget but Dani negotiated and came to the terms where both of us agreed and yes the paper work was a little uncomfortable but it would’ve been more annoying if agent wouldn’t have helped us throughout the process with the clear communication. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend Kibarer Property to those who want to get a perfect dream villa in Bali.
