Now if you have ever tried buying a property abroad, you do know the challenges you face especially if you have tried doing it in Bali. 6 different agents and companies it took us and we almost gave up because nobody would understand our requirement or just try to force whatever they have on us. Alban was referred by a friend and he patiently listened to our requirements ( a lot tbh) but the first villa he showed to us after that was exactly what we asked for. Modern & traditional blend.
