Bali est une destination prisée, pour son climat? pour ce sourire naturel de ses habitants? pour un investissement immobilier pour une retraite ensoleillée ou tout simplement changer de vie?

Ces trois critères sont déjà une raison , mais il faut trouver l'homme de confiance , et là n'est pas une tache facile , alors si la chance est avec vous, vous rencontrez l'homme de la situation, sérieux , efficace, a l'écoute  droit dans ses baskets, qui vous renseigne sur le but de votre recherche, sans détour. Il ne s'agit pas de prendre une commission sur une affaire mais d'envisager de vous apporter tous les renseignements nécessaires pour investir a Bali.

Pour ma part  après moultes échanges , J'ai choisi , entre trois propositions d'autres sociétés me présentant des produits qui ne correspondaient pas a mon budget.

La société Immobilier Kibarer, a mené avec brio toutes les démarches , visites, contact avec notaire, et propriétaire, et aussi avec une dose de confiance , il faut bien l'avouer, ce qui n'est pas facile.

 Mais l'homme inspire cette confiance , son sérieux se confirme au fil des échanges pour finaliser votre choix.

Aujourd'hui les conseils d'un avocat , du notaire , au sein de l'entreprise devrait faciliter les réponses a vos questions pour effectuer votre investissement, au pays des Dieux.

Je n'ai aucun intérêt au sein de cette société, mais simplement souligner que des gens honnêtes a notre service sont presents sur un marché qui peut être douteux par certains égards.

We have been planning to buy a beachfront villa in Bali for a long time now. For this venture we made multiple trips just for this purpose and met a lot of agents however they were unable to show us the WOW factor we were looking for. When my husband and I decided to relocate to Bali, we were interested in some properties that Kibarer Property had listed and met Dewi Wahyuni for the first time. Dewi was extremely helpful in arranging viewings and would always be on time to collect us from our hotel, as well as keep in regular contact with us. All her assistance made the task very easy for us and once we settled on a nice villa in Canggu, she was again very helpful. The agency are great, they found the villa we want on our first visit. The process was a little longer than expected as their previous notary was ill and she need to do some operation and treatment on our buying process however I heard that they changed the notary now.
