1. Nasi Jinggo


Nasi Jenggo is made from steamed rice, noodles, spiacy sambal sauce, tempe, shredded chicken and shredded coconut covered beautifully in banana leaves. You can easily find this local cuisine being sold by local vendors throughout the streets specially in Kuta area including the beach and sidewalks. 

2. Sate Babi


This is a delicious pork satay combined with rice or rice cake is a famous local delicacy. You can find it easily however we recommend that you give “Sate Babi Bawah Pohon” at Jalan Patih Djelantik in Legian.

3. Babi Guling


Babi Guling is indeed the most famous suckling pig dish with perfect dry skin and tender meat. It is easily found in almost every part of Bali. There are some restaurants in Bali that are famous for their Babi Guling and are open 24 hours for the serving. 

4. Nasi Pedes


Nasi Pedes is a dish based on rice served with a variety of sides and a famous legendary local sauce. Easily available specially in the parts of Kuta. One of the most famous to serve in the area is Nasi Pedes Bu Andika.

5. Ayam Betutu


Ayam Betutu is the Balinese version of steamed or roasted chicken in rich betutu spice mixture. It is definitely one of the most famous dish favored by the tourists and the locals.
