Denpasar officials have
confirmed that the recovery rate of Covid-19 cases in Bali keeps increasing.
According to I Dewa Gede Rai, spokesman for the
Denpasar Covid-19 Handling Task Force, the number of recoveries from Covid-19
cases in the city has recently showed positive outcomes. According to the data,
the number of people who have recovered has risen to 255, while the current
positive Covid-19 case count stands at 187 as of Wednesday (25/8). Gede Rai, on
the other hand, cautions the community to remain vigilant because the number of
positive Covid-19 cases in Denpasar is still regarded high.
“We must be vigilant and adhere to preventative practices,
particularly amid the island's current level 4 partial lockdown.” On Wednesday,
Gede Rai stated. Meanwhile, officials in Denpasar have reported a total of
34,954 Covid-19 cases, with 31,711 recoveries (90,72 percent), 796 deaths (2,28
percent), and the remaining 2,447 currently being treated.
“I advise individuals to be more diligent in
establishing and maintaining prevention practices in their daily activities,
especially with this mutant virus, which has a higher potential of causing
severe symptoms in patients. As a result, we've seen an increase in our daily
Covid-19 broadcasts around the island in the previous few weeks.” Gede Rai
ended.
