Never disappointing in their ability to bring an exciting and curated SIPPY Saturday series of DJs, Mrs Sippy has done it again this weekend by securing Yolanda Be Cool. Yolanda Be Cool is a Australian electronic dance music duo who are best kown for their 2010 international chart-topping hit ‘We No Speak Americano’. Expect them to bring the best of electronic dance music this Saturday from 10am to 10pm, with daybeds available via booking through email on [email protected]. Otherwise entrance fee is IDR 100k available on the day and at the door. 


OMNIA: SWIM INTO SATURDAYS WITH LUCILLE CROFT - Saturday 8 September 2018 

This Saturday, OMNIA Bali present SWIM into Saturdays with Australian bombshell Lucille Croft (AU) with provided support by DJ Justeen (JKT). Lucille Croft is fast becoming a namesake brand in the Australian music scene as she exemplifies her diverse range of talents, establishing herself as a Producer, Entrepreneur, Model, and a DJ. Lucille’s speciality for mixing is in the realm of future and bass house. The last 18 months has seen Lucille tour around Australia, New Zealand and Asia, whilst debuting her first five releases this year that have all climbed the ladder on the top 25 Beatport Electro House Charts. SKY GARDEN BALI: THE HIM - Saturday 8 September 2018 

The Dutch team of Jeroen Kerstens and Steven Berghuijs, otherwise known as ‘The Him’ will be playing on our shores this Saturday at Sky Garden’s dome. Establishing themselves in 2015, this duo first broke through to the music world when they collaborated with melodic house mastermind Sam Feldt for the famous track ‘Midnight Hearts’ which has up to 17 million streams today. Known from a renowned number of bootleg mixes, their successes can be exemplified by their 12 million stream on SoundCloud and their track ‘Feels like home’ topping SoundCloud’s Deep House Charts 6 months after the track was released. SOUNADRENALINE 2018 - Saturday 8 to Sunday 9 September 2018 

After 15 years of popular music events under its belt, ‘Sounadrenaline’ the festival will be held in Bali this weekend on the sprawling ground of the GWK Cultural Park situated in the Bukit Peninsula. This year’s ‘Soul of Expression’ theme will fittingly have tributes to various mediums of creativity, with a dedicated area for the creators of music, art, photography and cinema. Last year's Sounadrenaline saw the international likes of Dashboard Confessional, Mew and Jet dan Cults perform, in addition to more than 70 great local musicians. For 2018, Sounadrenaline has also secured a solid music line up that comprises of a mix of both successful local and international acts. There has been a lot of hype surrounding the band Limp Bizkit who will perform at Sounadrenaline and is famously known for being one of the pioneers of the music genre metal in the 90s. MAYBANK BALI MARATHON 2018 - Sunday 9 September 2018 

The seventh installment of the Maybank Bali Marathon will be held in Gianyar this Sunday, with the track of the race set to begin and end at the Bali Safari and Marine Park. The Maybank Bali Marathon will offer a series of race categories that will include a full marathon (42.195 km), a half marathon (21.0975 km), a 10K, a 5K for disabled runners, as well as a children's sprint category. These categories were specifically chosen to offer both a athletic challenge to those familiar with racing events as well as a fun event for first-timers. Participants are required to register and then collect their race pack on September 7th and 8th from Taman Bhagawan in Nusa Dua. Last year the Maybank Bali Marathon attracted 9,367 participants, with this years marathon predicted to gather an increase of 12.9% participants with 10,749 participants attending in 2018.
