Recent times have been tough for Indonesia and specially the Islands including Bali and surrounding area. Nature has not been much kind here. The death toll from the earthquake and tsunami on September 28th in Palu, Sulawesi has reached 1300. UN officials have issued a warning about the vast needs for both survivors and rescue teams operating in the areas searching for victims.
We urge every one to come forward to donate, volunteer and help in any way that they can. Most disaster relief agencies are working hard on the ground but they also require a lot of support for medication, assistance and food supplies for the survivors. Government is extending as much support and aids that it can but other helping hands can always make a difference. There are many approved and trust worthy foundations working in raising funds and supplied. Please click here for Unicef Indonesia and Yayasan Kita Bisa.
